1. Call with HR: meet and discuss key points
2. Tech interview with the team for 1 - 1.5 hours
3. We make a decision within a few days and give you feedback in any case

Day 1 — introductory call on all inner workflows.

First 3 months — probation period. You'll have a mentor to get you up to speed and help you adapt. We'll also give you all the product and team info you need.
